Kalanchoe thyrsiflora 'Paddle Plant' is a drought-tolerant succulent with flat, rounded leaves and thick white epicuticular wax coating for increased sun protection. The plant thrives in sandy, well-drained soil and full sun with warm, arid conditions. Commonly known as paddle plant, flapjacks, dog tongue, or desert cabbage, it is not to be confused with Kalanchoe lucieae.
