REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
What to do if there's an issue with your order?
All of our sales are final. But we do allow returns and replacements. In order to get a refund/replacement you will have to email us at <alegria.succulents@gmail.com>. Please add your order #number and attach a photograph of the issue for our records with a brief description. From there we will determine if you're eligible for a refund/replacement. Our team would reply within a timely manner to handle all issues.
Order Shipments:
Messy order? Broken plants? Mishandling from shipping carriers sometimes causes a few broken leaves, messy packages and sometimes minor damage. This is something that's inevitable. We cannot provide a refund nor a replacement with these issues. It is not within our hands to be able to control the way our packages are delivered and handled. We supply all our shipments with the proper care to eliminate possible scenarios. A few broken leaves won't kill a succulent, they will still grow healthy.
Succulent care:
Poor care of succulents after delivery are not subject to refunds or replacements. Succulents sitting too long in a package will damage the plants in prolonged cold and hot weather. We advise proper care of succulents after delivery. Please read our article on Succulent Care Instructions.
